Meet Lesley Sario your compassionate massage therapist, holistic educator, TCM graduate student, & visionary behind Elk Rock Collective.

As a Pacific Northwest native, she feels blessed to have grown up near such beautiful surroundings and excellent educational opportunities. Lesley offers over 20 years experience as a licensed massage therapist, holistic educator, & yoga instructor. Her practice is shaped through extensive training, professional experience and healing intention offering Ayurveda, Massage, Yoga and Neuromuscular Deep Tissue for pain management and motor vehicle rehabilitation.

As a TCM Graduate Student, Lesley is completing her master’s in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM/NUNM Class of 2025). She’s treated diverse conditions in her clinical internships at Legacy Pain Clinic, Fora Health, and Cascadia Health and continues to marvel at the modern science and poetic wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

Outside of clinic, Lesley enjoys exploring the volcanoes and wild landscape of Central Oregon and is honored to celebrate Elk Rock Wellness' 11 Year Anniversary in Historic Milwaukie, Oregon.
