Let's talk cancellations and reschedules!

We request patients who are unable to keep an appointment to contact our office at least 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee.

• Full service fee will be charged for no show or missed appointments.

When you book an appointment you are reserving a space on the therapists calendar. In the case of last minute cancellations, this creates a financial hardship for the therapist as they are unable to re-book and miss out on valued clients who may benefit from this treatment time!
